BettingJobs is working with a leading iGaming company in the UK, who are looking for a Sportsbook Project Manager to join their team.
Role:
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing complex projects in a matrix environment, preferably within the online gaming, gambling, or sports betting industries, and have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies. The Project Manager will work directly with development, QA, and IT teams to ensure successful delivery of provider integration projects.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee provider integration projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress
• Lead project planning, including scope, timeline, resources, risks, and budget
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports and presentations
• Implement and manage Agile methodologies to ensure efficient project execution
• Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment
• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization
Person Specification:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the online gaming, gambling, or sports betting industries
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles
• Proven experience in managing complex projects in a matrix environment
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Familiarity with project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana)
• PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification is a plus
