• Customer service experience: Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the iGaming industry, is highly desirable.
• Problem-solving skills: You should be able to quickly analyse and resolve customer issues, often under tight deadlines.
• Multilingual abilities: Fluency in Japanese is a must, and English will be a plus.
• Availability: We operate 24/7; you may need to be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Technical proficiency: Be comfortable using various computer systems, databases, and software, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
