BettingJobs are working with an established business with a portfolio of poker/gaming brands, they are searching for a Japan Senior Retention Specialist to join their team.

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in the iGaming industry, including knowledge of the different products, markets, and customer profiles.
• Customer service skills: Providing excellent customer service is crucial. This includes strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to solve problems efficiently.
• Marketing knowledge: A good understanding of marketing principles to create and execute retention campaigns. Knowledge of email marketing, SMS marketing, push notifications, and other channels is essential.
• Analytical skills: Analysing customer data and identifying trends and opportunities to improve retention rates. Familiarity with analytical tools such as Google Analytics is a plus.
• Leadership and management: Strong leadership and management skills are important.
• Technical knowledge: Familiarity with CRM software, email marketing software, and other tools commonly used in iGaming is essential.
• Education and qualifications: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is usually required. Professional qualifications in marketing, customer service, or other areas are a plus.
• Fluent in Japanese & English.
