BettingJobs are working with an established business with a portfolio of poker/gaming brands, they are searching for a Japan Senior Affiliate Specialist to join their team.
Responsibilities:
• Acquire and build relationships with new affiliates.
• Responsible for the Affiliate targets to meet the company’s objectives and ROI guidelines.
• Ensuring that the Affiliate business is run at the highest level of compliance with regulations and best practices.
• Ensuring that all new partners meet the requirements, overall responsibility for the onboarding and sales to prospective partners.
• Conduct research, monitor, and report on competitors’ affiliate campaigns and promotions.
• Keep up to date on affiliate Industry trends and developments.
• Works in alignment with the Affiliate team.
Requirements:
• Fluent in Japanese and English is a must.
• Someone with a proven track record of solid sales and affiliate skills.
• 2+ years of experience within the online casino or gaming industry within the affiliation department is a must.
• Excellent understanding of business KPIs and dynamics.
• Strong relationship skills.
• Lives and breathes blockchain and cryptocurrency.
• A good network in the industry.
• The ideal candidate is proactive and excellent at multitasking.
• Highly motivated, energetic, result-oriented person, great at communication and has exceptional organizational skills.
