BettingJobs are working with an established business with a portfolio of poker/gaming brands, they are searching for a Social Media Manager to join their team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all social media platforms, creating engaging content, and driving customer engagement and acquisition through various social media channels.

Responsibilities:

• Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with the company's marketing objectives, target audience, and brand identity.
• Content Creation: Create and curate compelling and high-quality content for social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and graphics. Ensure the content is relevant, engaging, and optimized for each platform.
• Social Media Management: Manage and maintain active profiles on various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitch. Regularly update content, respond to user comments and messages, and monitor online conversations related to the company and its products/services.
• Community Engagement: Foster a strong and active online community by engaging with followers, responding to comments and inquiries, organizing contests or giveaways, and initiating discussions. Encourage user-generated content and customer testimonials.
• Influencer Relations: Collaborate with influencers, streamers, and content creators in the iGaming industry to amplify brand reach and engage with a wider audience. Identify suitable partnerships and negotiate terms.
• Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, including reach, engagement, conversion rates, and customer feedback. Use data-driven insights to optimize social media strategies and campaigns.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date with the latest trends, news, and developments in the iGaming industry and social media landscape. Identify opportunities for innovative campaigns and content ideas.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, content creators, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the iGaming industry.
• Deep understanding of various social media platforms, their best practices, and audience behavior.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair for content creation.
• Proficient in using social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and industry benchmarks.
• Experience in influencer marketing and managing relationships with content creators is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of the iGaming industry, including online casinos, sports betting, poker, or esports, is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
