BettingJobs are working with an established business with a portfolio of poker/gaming brands, they are searching for a Marketing Manager to join their team.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan that supports the company's overall business objectives.
• Lead and manage the marketing team, ensuring the development of effective marketing programs and campaigns that generate high-quality leads, drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
• Work closely with the product team to develop and launch new games and features, as well as optimize the player experience to increase engagement and lifetime value.
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, display advertising, and search engine marketing.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key media partners and affiliates to drive traffic and revenue growth.
• Analyse marketing metrics and provide regular reports to the executive team on campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and identify new marketing opportunities to gain a competitive advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years of experience in the US/UK Europe gambling market.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and provide insights that inform marketing strategies.
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels and platforms, including social media, email marketing, display advertising, and search engine marketing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns and strategies.
• Experience managing budgets and resources effectively.
