BettingJobs are currently working with a leading iGaming platform provider based in Malta, who are looking to add a PSP Manager to their team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing relationships and operations with payment service providers (PSPs). They will negotiate contracts, oversee PSP integration, and implement new payment solutions while analysing payment data to identify trends and improve processes.
Responsibilities:
• Overseeing day-to-day PSP operations, addressing customer inquiries and payment processing issues.
• Negotiating and managing PSP contracts while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Coordinating seamless integration of PSPs with company systems and platforms.
• Implementing innovative payment solutions and technologies.
• Analysing payment data to identify trends and optimize processes.
• Managing PSP budget and resources efficiently.
• Providing training and support to team members on PSP processes and procedures.
• Conducting regular audits to identify and address payment system vulnerabilities while ensuring compliance.
Requirements:
• Expertise in the iGaming industry and its payment processing challenges, regulations, and trends.
• Possess a solid understanding and proficiency in working with PIQ.
• Strong relationships with various PSP providers and experience in negotiating contracts.
• In-depth knowledge of payment processing methods, technologies, and security measures.
• Proficiency in analysing payment data and identifying trends for process improvement.
• Project management skills to coordinate PSP integration and implement new payment solutions.
• Understanding of payment processing compliance requirements and relevant regulations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Problem-solving abilities to address customer inquiries and payment processing issues.
• Adaptability to stay updated with industry trends and implement innovative payment solutions.
• Strong organizational skills for managing budgets, resources, and conducting audits.
• Demonstrated previous experience in successfully leading and managing a team is considered a plus.
