Bettingjobs are working with a global Sportsbook and casino operator who are looking for a Business Director to join their team.

The successful candidate will execute the current corporate strategic plan, focusing on expansion to new customer segments and markets, while ultimately strengthening operations.

Responsibilities:
• Partner with other members of the executive team to develop execute the current a strategic plan to grow and develop the business.
• Identify opportunities in the industry, needs of customer segments, and come with a plan to address them through product.
• Ensure performance, strategy, and alignment of the organization’s revenue-generating products and verticals.
• Develop and execute strategic plan to grow the business across all products and verticals offered by the company.
• Manage a of products and verticals stake holders and lead them to drive growth in business KPIs through development of product and technology.
• Assure the company roadmap outlines your development plan and how will your business targets be met.

Requirements:
• 10+ years in diversified leadership roles, driving and implementing revenue growth.
• Recent role acting in a central business or commercial role in the gaming industry.
• Proven track record of growing revenue through new product development, marketing, branding, and partnerships.
• Proven experience developing and executing business strategy.
• Significant general management and P&L experience.
• Ability to craft and execute a business strategy.
• Experienced in the gambling industry.
• History of decision-making based on business metrics.
• Inspirational leadership style and hands-on approach.
