BettingJobs are currently seeking a Casino Manager for an established operator in San Jose, Costa Rica. The Casino Manager will be accountable for the Casino product performance and will be tasked with improving the Casino product and enhancing the player experience.

The successful candidate will be an experienced online Casino professional who is ready to take on the challenge of managing the Casino offering for a highly respected company.


• Successful management of all online casino brands including game launches and performance analysis across all of the company's different titles
• Creation and ongoing management of casino product strategy
• Ownership of all third-party supplier relationships within the online casino vertical
• Working closely with the marketing department to recommend promotions and cross-sell opportunities whilst ensuring a truly local feel for each individual brands casino product
• Product Strategy
• To deliver improvements and new features to enhance the platform to meet the company’s growth strategy in each of its core regions
• Work closely with the different brand heads and regional marketing teams to sell your vision of the casino product roadmap
• Liaise with regional teams to gather customer feedback and develop commercial opportunities whilst also assessing further integrations and potential new partnerships
• Supplier Relations
• Contribute to the formation of supplier relationships and manage these relations to optimize casino performance as well as product development and growth
• Create a clear casino product vision, help to engage the wider business teams and encourage contribution to new product development


• Significant experience working within the online casino sector
• Highly skilled in analyzing data and displaying strong attention to detail
• Experience of identifying key suppliers, negotiating competitive agreements and overseeing product launches
• Broad knowledge base of online casino operations including areas such as payments, VIP segment and multi-channel marketing
• Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing and leading multiple internal and external stakeholders and presenting persuasive business cases
• You will need to have a can-do attitude and be prepared to help the business grow and become a key figure in shaping that growth. Problem-solving will be another key attribute for the successful candidate
• Must be able to drive teams to deliver targets and be motivated by the pursuit of achieving their goals
