BettingJobs is seeking a Senior B2B Account Manager for a supplier to the sports betting and gaming industry.
• Maintain and develop long term relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers.
• Achieve financial targets set for the client account through projects and contract renewals.
• Be responsible and accountable for any commercial related matters.
• Oversee the service delivery from all the relevant teams, making sure that the company is adhering to the company SLA's and contractual agreements.
• Knowledge transfer, both to clients and internally, provide insights into the client's business model and likewise assist clients in understanding the companies processes and workflows.
• Be the ambassador of the client internally within the company.
• Ensuring excellent client satisfaction results through careful management.
• Understand the companies products to be able to identify any opportunities.
• Present client account reporting to the B2B Director and c-level.
• 5+years’ experience within B2B Account management.
• Previous experience within the iGaming/IT sector.
• Must be good with numbers.
• Have great communication skills.
