BettingJobs are working with an established iGaming/sportsbook Platform Provider who have offices in UK, Malta and Bulgaria who are looking to add a Compliance Executive to their team.
Responsibilities:
• Monthly review of all operator licenses (and seals, when applicable), maintaining up to date copies on file.
• Semiannual review of operator corporate and KYC CDD documentation.
• Requesting and reviewing corporate and KYC CDD documentation of 3rd party providers and operators.
• Conducting PEP check.
• Maintaining communication with 3rd party providers and assisting when information is needed.
• Liaising with other departments (Casino, KAM, Commercial) and gathering operator/product related information.
• Completing the operator CDD forms for 3rd party providers.
• Assisting in scouting regulatory information.
• Maintaining up to date regulatory knowledge of the markets of interest.
• Assisting with drafting/reviewing NDAs and addendums.
