BettingJobs is working with an exciting new B2B service provider with specialism in digital data and marketing services for iGaming and Fintech clients. They are currently looking to add a Graphic Designer to their team based in Melbourne.
They are looking for someone experienced and motivated to work on a wide range of projects and media, using various computer software to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals, a person having the humility to obtain regular input from management, ensuring designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company or client appropriately.
Responsibilities:
• Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity.
• Collaborate with team members to complete the design work related to products, discuss requirements design with team members.
• Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software. Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts. complete advertising material elements and other designs according to requirements and improve the CTR of materials.
• Develop concepts by hand or with software, and execute original content determining ideal usage of colour, text, font style, imagery, and layout, use trend intelligence and an understanding of the current and historical business and market to design and execute specific classifications.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, art, or similar discipline
• Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills
• 3+ years’ experience (academic and professional) with design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, etc.
• Proven experience with graphic design, with a strong portfolio of work
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in using one of sketch, Photoshop, illustrator, C4d, AE, LR and other design software, as well as one of HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, CSS + div layout
