BettingJobs is working with an exciting new B2B service provider with specialism in digital data and marketing services for iGaming and Fintech clients. HQ in Melbourne they are now seeking to expand their team with an experienced UX/UI Lead. Ideally based local to the office for collaboration though open to those remote (as consultant) for the perfect fit.
This role will have accountability for delivering interaction solutions that achieve business objectives and that are also useful, usable and engaging.
Working with a multidisciplinary IT company, the role will work in a collaborative way across the full project lifecycle - from requirements gathering, to concept, and to final delivery.
Our ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of current UI design and skilled with every step of the process from concept to the final deliverable. Overseeing and leading a team of UI/UX and UE designers in the design and delivery of technical solutions aligned with the technology strategy. Job Responsibilities:
• Conduct user requirements analysis including personas, scenarios and task analysis
• Create new designs, including (but not limited to), user flows, journey maps, wireframes and prototypes, visual designs for app & web user interfaces.
• Conduct iterative testing and rapidly translate research findings into design
• Deliver designs for each release by providing production ready assets and supporting the development team through implementation
• Work with developers and key stakeholders to ensure brand, style and usability guidelines are adhered to.
• Leading the Digital design team to ensure consistency of brand messaging across all channels.
Job requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design. (for UI Leader)
• Degree in UX/UI design, Product Design, multimedia, information system
• Proficiency in Sketch,Axure,Figma, Adobe Creative Suite etc.
• Strong understanding of interaction design, UI design, visual design
• Skilled in various design techniques such as wireframing, sketching prototyping and development of UI assets
• Multi-channel and platform design (across mobile, tablet, desktop)
• Have worked in a cross-functional team
• Have worked in agile environment
• Demonstrates ability to multitask and manage timelines/deadlines.
