BettingJobs is working with an exciting new B2B service provider with specialism in digital data and marketing services for iGaming and Fintech clients. HQ in Melbourne they are now seeking to expand their team with a analytical Digital Marketing Manager. Ideally based local to the office for collaboration though open to those remote (as consultant) for the perfect fit.

Reporting to the Marketing Director, the ideal candidate with have experience developing and executing marketing campaigns while managing and inspiring an overseas team. He/she will be comfortable with day-to-day marketing activities, as well as long-term strategy, thriving with tight deadlines and changing needs. Summary
The jobholder will be responsible for managing the digital marketing team both located in AU and overseas, lead the team in developing high-quality online digital media channels distribution, optimize and improve conversion rates and cost by data driven method. Ultimately, convey, manage, and responsible for the digital marketing team to achieve global performance targets.

Job Descriptions
1. Responsible for the onsite and remote management of the digital marketing team and introduce proper KPI system and execution for the team.
2. Ability to expand channels and develop sales strategies to achieve the goals of the marketing team.
3. The ability to analyze channel data, provide insights and suggestions on activity performance, and continuously optimize and improve channel conversion rates.
4. Be responsible for setting up process and maintaining Google/FB/DSP ads accounts independently. Build and launch advertise campaigns. Launch variations of ads to determine best performing and continuous monitor results and improve ads. Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
5. Evaluate analytics to ensure ROI goals are met for every campaign. Identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns.
6. Collect competitive information and put forward constructive opinions on products and innovation schemes, Monitor and optimize campaign performance by clearly reporting results, trends, problems, and opportunities.

Job Requirements
1. Minimum 3-year experience working with Facebook or Google or DSP ads management work.
2. Use analysis tools such as GA & Excel to generate project reports, analyze and provide improvements for new plans.
3. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university. Marketing certification is an added advantage.
4. A proven track record of helping websites achieve rapid and sustained long-term growth.
5. Experience in exploring and expanding new digital market channels.
6. Experience in team management, remote team management experience is strong advantage.
7. Strong oral and written communication ability to deliver creatively and innovatively idea and plans.
