Responsibilities:
• Resolution of Customer queries.
• Monitoring and replying to CS emails.
• Monitoring Trader chat and taking ownership of non-trading related queries.
• Recording/documenting issues and resolutions.
• Telephone CS queries
• Overflow Telebetting
• Compliance assistance
• Promotional activity
• Ad-hoc tasks
Requirements
