BettingJobs are currently seeking a CRM Manager for an established sportsbook as they continue to grow and expand into new territories. The successful candidate will cover all aspects of sportsbook and casino marketing with a particular focus on CRM campaign management: creating the right promotion at the right time, execution, and analysis. The role is responsible for key customer metrics across 3 brands focused on Turkey. The candidate should know how to qualify decision-making using data, as well as report on the effectiveness of the promotions. The position requires high levels of data literacy, and you must have a demonstrable track record of working in a B2C environment with a top B2C provider.
Planning & Analysis
• Own the CRM roadmap: coordinating with brand/VIP teams to define key drivers for customer-winning campaigns, promotions and budget management.
• Leverage brand appeal to map distinctive promotions that stand apart from each other.
• Rollout/optimise the campaign touchpoints/flows across email/SMS/web push/autocall and champion hero communication in paid media / re-targeting group.
• Loop data performance into planning to audit effectiveness of all campaigns – from send to conversion- so that you can improve messaging / appeal / customer journey to improve ROI.
• Develop and implement campaign dashboards to promote campaign visibility.
• Own lifecycle & segment communication, offering us new ways to appeal to customers.
Communication Effectiveness, Internal and External
• Leverage the brand values to ensure distinctive communication and visualisation.
• Ensure content teams deliver best-practice communication to maximise appeal through A/B.
• Approve all briefs sent to the content team to ensure correct governance of the requests.
Tools & 3rd party relationships
• Take a Product ownership position across the3rd party tool kit: Optimove, MoveableInk, Daktela, Data8 and Marketing Cloud to ensure we are getting the most from the agreements.
• Be the day-to-day contact for the 3rd party email agency.
• Be a key Stakeholder in the build of the internal product suite.
Management
• Responsible for the development and performance up to 4 direct reports.
• Develop strong working relationships with acquisition, brand, content and studio teams.
• Respond to planned and ad-hoc requests for information using data toolkits.
What you need to be successful:
• At least 6 years’ experience in the B2C gaming vertical, with at least two in a management position where you have been responsible for the development of direct reports.
• Demonstrable experience/adaptability, to the existing toolkits to maximise their potential.
• Clearly articulate and implement proven CRM lifecycle and reporting methodologies.
• Fluent data literacy skills: interpret, organise, summarise clearly and accurately.
• Exposure to the Turkish markets is certainly useful, but not a pre-requisite.
• The ability to perform under time-pressure and meet expectations and delivering within deadlines, as you will already know the content for the industry doesn’t wait for any business.
• Must be fluent in English with Turkish and/or Brazilian a real advantage.
• Has been exposed to Optimove / Moveable Ink or similar CRM platforms / tools.
• Knowledge of customer service function and acquisitions.
• Proven ability to manage, innovate and adapt in a dynamic online and office environment.
• Identify opportunities to improve business/marketing performance.
• Answer business questions using data and analytic techniques, providing fact-based responses.
