BettingJobs are working with a very successful sportsbook and casino operator who are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced CRM Manager to join their dynamic team in the iGaming industry. The successful candidate will be based remotely in Peru and will be responsible for developing and implementing effective CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement CRM strategies, campaigns, and initiatives to optimize player retention and loyalty, with a focus on increasing customer lifetime value (CLTV).
• Analyze customer data and behavior to segment and target player base effectively, ensuring personalized and relevant communications.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product, marketing, and analytics teams, to create and execute CRM initiatives that align with business objectives.
• Utilize CRM tools and technologies to automate campaigns, track performance, and generate insights for continuous improvement.
• Monitor and analyze CRM metrics and KPIs to evaluate campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations for optimization.
• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and reactivation of dormant players through targeted CRM activities.
• Manage customer segmentation, database management, and customer communication preferences to ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRM and iGaming, and apply relevant insights to enhance CRM strategies and tactics.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in CRM management, preferably within the iGaming or online gaming industry.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and technologies, and ability to adapt to new CRM systems.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Spanish.
• Results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations, such as GDPR, and experience in managing customer data in compliance with these regulations.
• Proactive, innovative, and solution-oriented mindset, with a keen eye for detail.
• Fluency in English and Spanish
