BettingJobs is working with a rapid growth iGaming service provider with focus on Affiliate and marketing services within the LATAM and Canadian markets. Now seeking to expand their team with a Portuguese speaking CRM Manager based in their Porto HQ.
Objectives and Responsibilities
• CRM implementation and advancement of strategies, plans, and systems in place to take the business - customer relationships to higher heights;
• Definition and maintenance of rewards program, focused on optimizing results: attracting, retaining and cross-selling players;
• Data analysis and program performance, ensuring maximum effectiveness and adaptability to market needs;
• Ensuring flow between CRM and campaign platform;
• Acting according to the company's vision and executing it on time and within the defined budget;
Skills and Qualifications
• Advance knowledge with CRM
• Portuguese and English, spoken and written;
• Working knowledge in the iGaming industry;
• Experience working in loyalty/reward programs;
• Ability to analyze, synthesize, and simplify;
• Good communication skills and capacity to adapt to new challenges;
