• Hands-on involvement in the development process, contributing solutions and mentoring the team members.
• Ownership of the development roadmap and deliveries based on the business goals.
• To succeed in this role, you must have good problem-solving skills, a solution-oriented approach, and the ability to ensure a smooth operation of the team. You will be working closely with CTO on supporting the business goals with the technology solutions.
Requirements:
• Prior experience in the software development leadership positions.
• Track record in high-load backend application development.
• Up to date knowledge of software development best practices and methodologies.
• Broad knowledge of different tools and frameworks, ability to choose the right tool for the job.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with the business stakeholders and other teams.
• Prior experience in gaming industry.
• Prior experience of fully remote or hybrid team management.
