BettingJobs are currently seeking a Sports Content Operations Specialist to join a market leading iGaming company based in Manilla. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in sportsbook content writing within the iGaming industry and possess a passion for sports.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the daily operation of the platform
• Write sports-related articles, including event recommendation analysis, key news about sports events, etc
• Communicate and interact with users to understand sports users' needs, complete responsive content output, and increase users' interest in sports.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-departmental teams to be able to complete project planning and execution;
• Attentiveness with the operation status of the game, and coordinating and handling communication for maintenance and game problems;
• Conduct reports for the daily issues and suggestions for the improvement of the operation of the platform;
Requirements:
• 3 years or more of experience sportsbook content writing or related to gaming operations
• Bachelor’s degree
• Sports enthusiast, and understand sports dynamics, basketball knowledge is desirable
• Understand the culture, habits, and preferences of local users, and be familiar with the different characteristics and platforms of sports products and games;
• Must be proficient in English.
