BettingJobs are currently seeking a Casino Operations Coordinator for a market leading iGaming company based in Manila. The role is well suited to a individual that is an ambitious and proactive person, driven by results and achieving goals in a task driven environment.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for supporting the team on all gameplay checks within SLAs and be the first POC for all internal and external gameplay related matters.
• Work with the Supplier Relations Team, document and escalate any failings on suppliers to hit their obligations and process gameplay checks within reasonable timeframes.
• Support the team in identifying customer marginal playing strategies
• Understand and help the team understand how the mechanics of different slot games operate.
• Be the go-to person when requirements to improve tools or systems.
• Assist with any other ad hoc Content related tasks
• Offering technical support to both the Gaming Content Team, the Gaming Projects Team and the wider business.
• Support the business in identifying new and better ways of working
Requirements:
• Previous experience working in the iGaming industry, with a focus on online casinos
• Be able to work quickly under pressure while maintaining a strong eye for detail
• Possess an interest in improving the way we work
• Be forward thinking and eager to deliver the best service to your customers
• Proficient in English
