BettingJobs are currently seeking a Customer Service Advisor for a leading Sportsbook based in St Albans. After a period of growth, they are looking to expand their customer support operations and add to the team.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a customer service role and a passion for sports. Although not a requirement, a strong understanding of sports betting would be beneficial.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to all client queries through livechat and telephone
• Develop a comprehensive knowledge of the company’s product
• Taking ownership of client queries from start to resolution
• Report direct feedback obtained in client interactions
• Support new account opening during evenings and weekends
Requirements:
• Previous customer service experience
• Experience answering customer queries via livechat, email and telephone
• Strong interest and knowledge of major sports
• Understanding of sports betting (desirable)
• Sufficient numeracy and literacy skills and a good commercial awareness
• Ability to work evenings and weekend when required
