BettingJobs are currently seeking a remote English and Japanese speaking Customer Service Representative for a leading iGaming company.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a customer service role and a prior knowledge of cryptocurrency. Previous experience with VIP customers would be highly beneficial.
Responsibilities:
• Provide customer support to customers via telephone, Live Chat and email
• Develop a comprehensive knowledge of the company’s product
• Taking ownership of customer queries from start to resolution
• Provide customer service in accordance with company rules and procedures
• Work to fulfil the goals and targets set for customer service
Requirements:
• At least 2 years experience in a customer service related role, ideally in the iGaming industry
• Previous experience working with VIP customers
• Excellent writing, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to positively take constructive feedback to ensure self-improvement
• Proficiency in the required languages
• Strong interest and knowledge of cryptocurrency
• Sufficient numeracy and literacy skills and a good commercial awareness
• Ability to work evenings and weekend when required
