Bettingjobs are working with a US based social and RMG casino who are looking to build up their Affiliate Marketing department. This position can be based remotely in the US or the UK.
Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute the affiliate marketing strategy, ensuring all affiliate campaigns are kept up to date and effective.
• Identify and recruit new affiliates for the program and build strong relationships with existing ones.
• Negotiate commission structures with affiliates to maximize ROI.
• Ensure all affiliate payments are processed accurately and on time.
• Analyse and report on the effectiveness of affiliate campaigns and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.
• Monitor competitor activity and stay up to date with industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
• Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives.
• Provide support to affiliates as needed, including resolving issues and answering questions in a timely manner.
• Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the affiliate program.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Affiliate Manager in the online gambling industry.
• Knowledge of affiliate tracking and management platforms.
• Ability to analyse and interpret data, and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with affiliates.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Passion for the online gambling industry and affiliate marketing.
