BettingJobs are working with a rapid growth iGaming operator who are currently seeking a Head of CRM to support the growth of their online casino and sportsbook product. Ideally based in Porto though open to those in Europe with monthly travel to the Portugal HQ.
Responsibilities:
• Work with business teams to determine organizational objectives
• Data collection and analysis for deeper insight into successful campaigns
• Identifying new opportunities for process improvement
• Define and execute a CRM strategy with localisation at its core
• Customer segmentation
• CRM team management; support and developing skills of a jr CRM team
• Definition and implementation of CRM strategies with focus on medium and long term projects
• Definition of costumer lifecycle and life stages with ownership of CRM development
• Ensuring all CRM activities stay compliant
Requirements:
• Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Information Management, Economics, Management, Management Control, Marketing
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence (Power BI) and CRM Management tools (Optimove, Salesforce, among others)
• Knowledge of iGaming CRM and expertise in the gambling industry is essential
• Minimum experience of 2 years in the position
• Fluency in English, additional language of Portuguese would be beneficial
