BettingJobs are working with an established iGaming operator who are seeking the hire of an Online Casino Manager to join their team remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

- Successful management of all online casino brands including game launches and performance analysis across all of the companies different titles
- Creation and ongoing management of casino product strategy
- Ownership of all third party supplier relationships within the online casino vertical
- Working closely with the marketing department to recommend promotions and cross-sell opportunities whilst ensuring a truly local feel for each individual brands casino product
- To deliver improvements and new features to enhance the platform to meet the company’s growth strategy in each of its core regions
- Work closely with the different brand heads and regional marketing teams to sell your vision of the casino product roadmap
- Liaise with regional teams to gather customer feedback and develop commercial opportunities whilst also assessing further integrations and potential new partnerships
- Contribute to the formation of supplier relationships and manage these relations to optimize casino performance as well as product development and growth
- Create a clear casino product vision, help to engage the wider business teams and encourage contribution to new product development

Essential Requirements:

- Significant experience working within the online casino sector
- Highly skilled in analyzing data and displaying strong attention to detail
- Experience of identifying key suppliers, negotiating competitive agreements and overseeing product launches
- Broad knowledge base of online casino operations including areas such as payments, VIP segment and multi-channel marketing
- Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing and leading multiple internal and external stakeholders and presenting persuasive business cases
- You will need to have a can-do attitude and be prepared to help the business grow and become a key figure in shaping that growth. Problem solving will be another key attribute for the successful candidate
- Must be able to drive teams to deliver targets and be motivated by the pursuit of achieving their goals
- Confident and able to speak out against the crowd and support their opinions with strong reasoning, analysis and evidence
