BettingJobs are working with an established iGaming operator who are seeking the hire of a Brazil Country Manager to act as the focal point of our client's new venture. The successful candidate will be the main contact point between the company management and the local team on the ground meaning that effective communication skills are a key requirement.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will lead and drive the business marketing strategy as well as analyze results of such campaigns and implement changes to the strategy based on this data
- Be central in the establishment of payments channels and related procedures ensuring that we have the most relevant solutions for the local market
- Be continuously monitoring and analyzing regional competitors and ensuring that products are continually updated to stay ahead of new entrants to the Latam market
- Creating a team of highly skilled people to mold into an effective team that will prove capable of delivering on the targets and KPI’s of senior management
- Work with senior management to project and forecast business performance and establish quarterly targets which you will then be judged upon
- Utilize all contacts and networks to ensure we gain access to the best solutions and vendors across all sectors of the gaming business and therefore make sure that we optimize our resources and budgets
- Helping to establish and oversee the internal affiliate strategy and monitor its results, as well as set targets
- Managing the localization of the global products to allow them the best chance of success in the Latam market
Essential Requirements:
- Degree in any field
- Minimum of 8 years in operational and management experience
- Previous experience performing the role of Country Manager or a Senior Affiliate Manager is preferred
- Strong ability to work independently and develop strategic plans
- Confident in setting targets and then being judged upon those
- Excellent command of the English and Portuguese languages both oral and written
- Confident and capable in using all core packages from Microsoft office
