The Role:

Reporting to the CRM and Promotions Manager, the Gamification Expert will be an integral part of the marketing team, striving to maximise performance in all areas of their casino offering with a focus on gamification elements. As the Gamification Expert, you will be responsible for the management of their online casino tournaments, including the schedules, prizes, game selection and payouts. Additionally, the management and setup of gamification elements such as missions and achievements.

As our clients platforms are global, the customer base is spread around the world, playing in a range of languages and under different rules and regulations. Our client maintains a multitude of games, integrations, admin screens, live monitoring tools and native apps to assist with this.

Experience in the iGaming industry is essential, and you will be familiar managing and working with multiple technology partners across several time zones. This is a great opportunity for someone who is ready to take the reins and define the way forward.

Key Responsibilities and Skills:

- Creating optimal tournament schedules
- Creating missions and achievements as part of the gamification of the site and specifically the loyalty program
- Prize pool management and analysis to ensure compliance with departmental budgets
- Working with the marketing team on CRM and marketing campaigns related to the tournaments and gamification
- Working with the VIP & Loyalty Manager analysing and reporting on performance KPIs and thereafter optimising gamification elements
- Regular testing and review to ensure quality control of the tournaments and gamification elements
- Be able to identify and report any technical issues to the relevant stakeholders
- Resolving technical player payouts in the event of server issues and paying out players in a timely manner
- Improving tournament product and casino gamification features
- Quality assurance of casino tournaments and gamification across the site
- Increase efficiency through automation, workflow streamlining, and system optimisation
- Keeping current with new technologies and making recommendations to the team
- Dedicate care and responsibility for the final quality of the product
- Be passionate about creating an engaging visual gaming experience
- Promote high work standards within the team

Requirements:

- 3+ years’ experience in iGaming, including cash races and tournaments
- An understanding of casino loyalty programs and missions/achievements
- Strong mathematical sense
- Knowledge and understanding of casino games, RTP’s and volatility
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically MS Excel
- Data-driven and analytical mindset
- Driven self-starter who is equally comfortable operating autonomously as they are working within a larger team
- Creative and pragmatic approach to problem solving

Highly Desirable:

- Proficiency using online collaboration and project management software such as Jira, Confluence, Miro and Slack
- Multilingual
