BettingJobs are working with a B2B platform provider who are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to join their team and manage the affiliate program for the UK sports/casino market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in affiliate marketing, experience in the online gaming industry, and be able to build and maintain relationships with affiliates.
Responsibilities:
Plan and execute the affiliate marketing strategy for the UK market, ensuring all affiliate campaigns are kept up to date and effective.
Identify and recruit new affiliates for the program and build strong relationships with existing ones.
Negotiate commission structures with affiliates to maximize ROI.
Ensure all affiliate payments are processed accurately and on time.
Analyse and report on the effectiveness of affiliate campaigns and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.
Monitor competitor activity and stay up to date with industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives.
Provide support to affiliates as needed, including resolving issues and answering questions in a timely manner.
Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the affiliate program.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Affiliate Manager in the online gambling industry, with a strong understanding of the UK market.
Knowledge of affiliate tracking and management platforms.
Ability to analyse and interpret data, and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with affiliates.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
