BettingJobs is working with a rapid growth casino operator seeking to expand their team with a remote based Risk Operations Team Lead.
This position is well suited to those who enjoy working in lean teams and managing their own tasks. People management experience is essential for this position.
Requirements:
• Previous experience of managing teams
• Experience with KPI reporting/ Metric driven reporting.
• Risk (Fraud/ Cmp) experiences
• English speaking (native)
• Experiences with implementation/ maintenance of processes and adherence to.
• Experiences with fast-paced business.
• Flexibility with working hours
Duties
• Scheduling - communicating to HR when time off is submitted and finding coverage.
• Setting up training and meetings for team members when new process or products are rolled out.
• Managing escalated risk, fraud and payment queries.
• Supporting the training of junior hires, allocating rotas and overseeing department operations.
• Developing wider compliance polices and futureproofing procedures.
• Continually ensure compliance best practise is followed.
