BettingJobs are working with an established iGaming operator who are seeking a Casino Product Manager to join their London based team. This role can also be worked on a remote basis within the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the market-leading online gaming products remains competitive in an ever-changing landscape and that the customer’s experience is second-to-none.

• Drive customer retention, reduce churn, and increase customer satisfaction
• Map the customer journey and identify opportunities to proactively intervene on the customer’s behalf
• Develop listening points in the customer journey, define segmentation of customer base and varying strategies, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Test new strategies for driving customer value
• Continually review and evolve the collection of processes used to track, oversee and organize every interaction between the customer and vivacity throughout the lifecycle
• Work closely with the Strategic Business Stakeholders, Product Management and Creative Teams to define their Product Roadmap and priorities to enhance the customers experience across all B2C & B2B products, and ensure alignment with the Broader Group Product Roadmap.
• Support the Strategic Business Stakeholders and Head of Product in the definition, tracking, and measurement of KPI’s to quantify the business impact of the roadmap.
• Manage product development backlog, and communicate to ensure key stakeholders are informed on prioritization and progress.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for presentations, development and production of written materials, and to effectively communicate with business partners and internal clients.


• Creative and analytical, able to conceptualize new ideas, research new ideas and evaluate them objectively
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make recommendations/decisions using a combination of quantitative data and qualitative opinions
• Product planning, analysis, development and management experience within a consumer centric organisation.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence a cross-functional team to deliver results.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for presentations, development and production of written materials, and to effectively communicate with business partners and internal clients
• Enthusiastic, performance-driven self-starter and team player
• Proven agility and nimbleness to work successfully in a highly ambiguous and changing environment.
• Project management, governance and reporting experience of large scale, organisational wide projects.
• Proven experience and knowledge of process improvement tools, methods, and techniques.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and to facilitate multiple discussions
• Proven ability to meet deadlines, prioritize work, handle changing priorities, and use good judgment when working in stressful situations.
• 5+ years’ experience in operational roles directly related to the Casino vertical.
• 5+ years’ experience in product management role.
• Deep understanding or sports and casino betting customers.
• Deep understanding of strategy development, consumer insights and process mapping
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in parallel and deliver on time and budget.
• Experience with software product development methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile (e.g. Scrum).
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
