BettingJobs are working with a Curacao licensed online casino operator, who are currently looking to add an Affiliate Manager to their team.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee existing affiliate relationships by managing a portfolio of existing partners
• Actively search for and acquire new Affiliate partners
• Responsible for overall performance of assigned affiliates and continuously optimize deals and campaigns to maintain revenue and growth targets in line with KPIs
• Monitor and analyse results of all campaigns, including weekly and monthly KPI reports
• Ensure brand is represented adequately in the affiliate sites including the monitoring of reviews, trackers, and creatives and ensuring all material with the assigned affiliates is up to date
• Assist in the creation of custom marketing materials
• Implement initiatives that enhance affiliate productivity, reactivate old affiliates, create new growth opportunities, and increase ROI
• Be willing to travel to attend affiliate events
• Answer Affiliate queries
Requirements:
• Highly motivated individual with excellent problem-solving skills and can-do attitude
• At least 3+ years of experience in an Affiliate manager
• Previous experience working for a Curacao licensed brand is a must
• Highly customer focused and experience in managing key accounts
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Strong negotiation and sales skills
• A good team player with excellent communication skills
• Active network and portfolio of affiliates
• Effective reporting skills
