Role Purpose
Develop and drive the Casino product marketing campaigns across all markets. For the UK market, and in collaboration with the relevant Country Managers, track the competitive landscape, understand target markets, analyse game vertical insights to create product marketing campaigns for new and existing games, including Live casino, table games, gameshows and slots.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Casino Game Verticals
• Working closely with Marketing Analyst, BI, country managers and other marketing and operational stakeholders to identify potential profitable game verticals and customer segments and ensure we have the product and marketing strategy to support the development of those segments and game types, eg; Card & table Games, Live Casino, Game Shows, Megaways / Jackpot Slots, Slingo, Crash games and any new game verticals we may introduce.
• Manage the campaigns from concept to execution, working with marcomms teams, design, digital and operations teams.

Marketing New Game Providers / Exclusive Games/Game Provider Promotional Tools
• Work closely with the CRM teams to identify opportunities to promote network promotions, exclusive game launches, new supplier integrations and new features introduced on the platform

Marketing player Tools / CRM Tools / Safer Gambling / Back-end Supporting Tools/App Stores
• Working alongside the compliance team and marcomms team to market and communicate our Safer Gambling Tools
• Own, develop and enhance the tutorials and usage of a third party tool that creates onboarding journeys and tutorials for new players, and on site FAQs
• App Store management ownership including copy and creative across iOS and Google Play store, with support from the product team and country managers
• Market website and cashier enhancements as and when appropriate

Marketing 3rd Party Products and Partnerships
• Payment Solutions. Manage campaigns relating to new payment methods or new payment features
• Manage Promotions and partnerships related to seasonal events or pop culture (eg..Safer gambling week, bespoke Christmas or seasonal events, or branded partnerships)


Reporting
• Perform any high-level analysis as requested by the Head of department
• Reporting of promotions and agreed KPIs
• Create and present Post Campaign Analysis reports


General
• Competitor Analysis: Regularly review the competitors in the marketplace and report on the state of the market. Also make recommendations following this research to enhance the product and promotional offering to improve the financial performance of the business and market share.
• Work with Social Media manager to deliver campaigns and update social media channels
• Work with the Marcomms team to plan, deliver and evaluate promotional activity.

Experience:
• More than 5 years' casino marketing, operations or product marketing required
• Strong background in marketing campaign management
• Strong understanding of paid media and communication channels
• Strong background in leading in a multi vertical and multi-channel environment required
• In-depth knowledge of the online gaming industry, tools, and gaming trends required
• Knowledge and interest in online gaming, (casino games specifically would be an advantage)
• Promotions/digital Marketing experience strongly preferred
