BettingJobs are currently seeking a Head of Customer Support for an online gaming company who offer live casino, sportsbook and casino. This role will be based in Sao Paulo, Brazil and will be reporting to the Country Manager.
Main job responsibilities:
1. Owning the customer satisfaction in his life cycles.
2. Providing high-quality interactions, retention oriented.
3. Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships and loyalty.
4. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve customer satisfaction goals.
5. Monitor customer feedback closely to be able to improve overall site and product experience.
6. Understand the business needs, trends and challenges.
7. Monitor performance and motivate team members in order to keep high standards of work, assure quality levels are maintained and communicated to all team members.
8. Train and develop knowledge within the departments.
9. Develop Automation culture.
10. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve CS, Sales and VIP targets.
11. Work closely with team managers.
12. Create a unique customer journey along with the marketing team.
