BettingJobs are working with a successful iGaming operator who have several offices across Europe. They are looking for a CRM Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities:
• Assessing current procedures and available tools and coming up with suggestions to drive CRM going forward.
• Co-ordinating and ensuring the executional success of all CRM campaigns.
• Quality management of all aspects of CRM – copywriting, bonuses, on-site content, images, customer segmentation, promotion terms and conditions.
• Ensuring marketing compliance legislation is adhered to.
• Proactively submitting service desk tickets to platform provider and game providers when problems arise.
• Managing team of CRM Executives.
• Planning retention lapsed and conversion CRM campaigns for multiple brands and markets, where required.
• Managing the relationship with an external design company and external translation company, in order to ensure tickets are completed on time and to a high standard.
• Taking ownership of automated customer journey communications.
• Ensuring customer data is available, correct and consistent in all back offices.
• Creating on-site promotions using back office promotional tools to convert, retain and reactivate customers.
• Ensuring new promotional games are tested prior to campaign periods.
Requirements:
• Good writing and proof-reading skills.
• Eye for detail.
• Proactive, well-organised, analytical mindset.
• You have a genuine interest / experience in iGaming.
• Problem solving and coordinating campaigns over multiple brands / markets.
• Ideally degree educated and at least 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Proven track record of optimising CRM.
• Experience introducing new CRM initiatives and reporting on the results.
