• Develop a product vision and strategy for the customer onboarding domain
• Build an in-depth understanding of our customers, including their needs and what motivates their behaviors; combine that with experiments to develop the right products
• Take full responsibility for the product backlog to make sure that the products you develop bring value to our customers and increase the conversions
• Optimize conversion in the sign-up and verification processes
• Define product success metrics, set, and evaluate targets in collaboration with the team
• Detail development requirements and design solutions for Customer Onboarding
• Estimate and scope activity workload alongside the development team
• Understand the specific regulatory requirements for each market
• Work closely with the compliance team and other stakeholders in the organization to make sure all the regulatory, legal, and operational requirements are met, interpreted correctly, and developed
• Regularly contact the customer engagement team to understand the challenges customers experience and work to resolve them
• Manage KYC/AML solution vendors across multiple markets to elicit specifications and requirements for the technical implementation
• Read, interpret, and assess technical documentation (API, SDK, etc.)
• Develop documentation to support the business functions
• Work with and train internal teams, optimizing the tools, reporting, policies, and procedures
• Proactively understand our competitor's onboarding and actively search for suppliers, tools, and methods to make constant incremental improvement

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in digital Product Management or similar role required, all the way from strategy to delivery, release and follow up
• Experience with CRM, Identity management, and KYC/AML in sports, gaming, or financial services
• You have played a role in moving teams and organizations toward a data-driven approach
• You know how to translate quantitative data, A/B-testing results, and qualitative insights into informed product decisions and roadmaps and communicate this to the company as a whole
• A high level of analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and a customer value-driven mindset
• A good sense for architecture and journey design to successfully contribute to requirement and design discussions
• You need to excel in stakeholder management and have excellent communication and coordination skills – both within the team and with other teams
• Ability to handle multiple simultaneous projects while effectively balancing scope, resourcing, time, and quality
• A strong sense of ownership and accountability for goals and deliverables
• Strong commercial acumen and critical thinking skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Experience operating in a regulated environment is highly preferred
• Experience within the iGaming industry
