Bettingjobs are working with a crypto casino seeking a Community and Social Media Manager. They have been operating since 2016, offering Casino, sports, and e-sports games and looking for someone to help them continue their growth and journey on being one of the best crypto casinos around. This is a fully remote role.

The role

They see high value to the relationship with their players and potential players and are looking for someone who can help them maintain and grow their communities, keep the positive brand reputation and the customer activity over the various social networks.
Looking for an enthusiastic, talented, and driven community and social media manager to join their team of crypto and casino enthusiasts. The right candidate will both manage their own communities as well as immerse themselves within the surrounding crypto and casino communities, proactively contribute to driving conversations and activity and help develop the brands reputation and awareness on the crypto casino and esport community front.

Some responsibilities will include
Mapping, organizing, creating, and maintaining the current and potential social channels.
Learn the market, prepare a gap analysis, stay up to date with competitor strategies and the trending channels and content in the crypto casino / esports world.
Develop short and long-term strategy for the social presence
Develop and execute a social calendar plan.
Work to develop a social content strategy for each channel.
Maintain the various channels and develop KPI’s to measure their performances.
Keep up the conversation, positive brand awareness and interaction with customers.
Initiate fun social worthy promotions and activities that will help drive customers and deposits to the casino.
Work with influencers and PR companies to further grow the social reach in various Geos and build the brand image.
Work with various stakeholders such as CRM, chat moderators and acquisition to Plan and execute community initiatives and programs including running polls, community competitions and promotions

Ideal skills/qualifications:
Ideally you have 3+ years in Igaming and knowledge and passion for crypto or have worked for a crypto brand before as a social media or community manager. Building and maintaining social communities should be second nature to you, and you should have no problems with navigating the crypto social scene online, you are communicative, technological, and fun and would enjoy exploring new trends and try them out.
You have successfully managed communities and drove results in various channels such as Discord, Telegram, Reddit and more.
