BettingJobs is working with a rapid growth iGaming service provider with focus on Affiliate and marketing services within the LATAM and Canadian markets. Now seeking to expand their team with a Portuguese speaking Loyalty and CRM Manager based in their Porto HQ.
In the constant search for innovation and already with a solid structure and validation of the concept in the market, we decided it was time to "raise the bar" of the rewards program. We are looking for a professional capable of facing this project on a daily basis as if it were his own, and with all the responsibility that the position requires. The candidate must be able to move daily to the headquarters offices in Porto, where the whole team is located.
Objectives and Responsibilities:
• Definition and maintenance of LS' rewards program, focused on optimizing results: attracting, retaining and cross-selling players;
• Data analysis and program performance, ensuring maximum effectiveness and adaptability to market needs;
• Ensuring flow between CRM and campaign platform;
• Acting according to the company's vision and executing it on time and within the defined budget;
Skills and Qualifications:
• Portuguese and English, spoken and written;
• Working knowledge in the iGaming industry;
• Experience working in loyalty/reward programs;
• Experience working with CRM platforms;
• Ability to analyze, synthesize, and simplify;
• Good communication skills and capacity to adapt to new challenges;
