A well-etablished iGaming company based in London with a global reach are looking for a CRM Executive to join their team. The company was established in 2006, based in the Waterloo/Southwark area with circa 200 employees working for us in London, and an additional 450 employees working globally as part of the group. Focusing on mobile and online Poker, Casino, and Sports Betting products in major European and Asian markets.

Role:
The person will be managing a team consisting of a development team and CRM executives. Will be reporting into the Head of Casino group.

Duties & Responsibilities:
● Be the link between the business and Optimove, making sure that we are up to date with all the features they offer, maintaining a good relationship between the two parties.
● Be an advocate and supporter for internal stakeholder to deliver a holistic CRM solution that solves their business problems and accelerates the business forward
● Clearly articulate product decisions to users, the product team, internal stakeholders, and engineers
● Work closely with the product owner and project managers to deliver CRM product improvements
● Develop an ongoing training, implementation and communications plan to drive consistent and effective use and understanding of the CRM across teams.
● Manage integrations between the CRM and other marketing, sales, production and finance systems.
● Oversee the CRM steering group and regular stakeholder meetings to ensure that knowledge is shared amongst different departments. Work with the senior leadership team to maximise value derived from the CRM.
● Business Needs - Understand how internal and external users interact with the CRM and the value they gain from it. Identify and document product fixes, modifications, and new features that are requested or observed as needed or wanted.
● CRM Operations Team Partnership - Collaborate with the CRM operations staff to define, design, accept, adapt and roll out features for their benefit. Ensure new features are supportable and maintainable by the CRM operations staff.

Person Specification:
● Previous experience building CRM strategies, working with platforms such as Optimove, SilverPop, Xtremepush, alongside excellent technical knowledge of CRM implementation.
● Product management skills: developing, managing and prioritising a roadmap and backlog,
taking into account competing business needs.
● Have successfully used, implemented, managed, and/or built an enterprise CRM solution,
preferably Optimove
● Ability to work effectively in a complex, matrixed organization
● Work well under pressure and know how to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously
● Are passionate about customer success and delivering exceptional results
● Experience working in various global regulated gaming markets.
● Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Excellent time management and organisational skills.
● Initiating new and innovative ideas.
