As the Territory Manager, you will be responsible for both user acquisition and the overall monetisation strategy for flagship brands within the Vietnamese market. Working over 2 brands, you will drive revenues through management of content, running all related campaigns, cross selling, helping the product team understand what is best in class and developing the overall marketing strategy.

We are looking for an experienced and target driven individual, who is a result-oriented person and who thrives whilst working in fast-paced environments.

• Responsible for achieving KPI targets set for Vietnam.
• Ownership of content on Vietnamese websites and Social media.
• Delivering regular business reports and plans for the business and senior management team.

Player Acquisition and Brand Management
• Creation and management of acquisition strategy and promotional campaigns for Vietnam.
• Competitor and market analysis.
• Identify marketing opportunities through websites and social media.
• Coordination of relationships between our traders, CS, Marketing/Acquisition teams and other stakeholders in relation to Vietnamese market.

Affiliate Management
• Maintain relationships with affiliates and other partners as well as motivating partners to improve campaign performance.
• Source, evaluate, recruit and approve new affiliate partners.
• Monitor affiliate practices and ensure compliance.
• Monitor and analyse results of all campaigns, including weekly and monthly KPI reports (to identify strong and weak areas, and to help underachievers improve).
• Optimise all aspects of the affiliate program through established and new networks.
• Reactivate old affiliates and also targeted inactive players through specific affiliate campaigns

Required skills and experience
• Minimum of 3 years online experience in the territory
• Must have sports betting knowledge
• Commercially oriented and data-driven
• Strong analytical and operational skills
• Customer centric
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail
