BettingJobs are working with an established operator who are looking to add a CRM Executive (Gaming) to their Lisbon based team.
• Execute communication strategies aligned with the CRM Marketing plan;
• Implementation and analysis short-term and long-term promotions;
• Execute communications to maintain players activity;
• Management of all onsite content (casino lobby) related to the casino vertical;
• Work directly with internal parties to implement the marketing plan;
• Monitoring of market activity and continuously assesses strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for the portfolio.
• Academic background in marketing or management, or other relevant area
• At least 1 year of experience in iGaming
• Excel proficiency
• English proficiency (at least level B1)
• Knowledge of casino products and mechanics
