Betting Jobs are working with an established sportsbook and casino operator that are currently seeking an experienced Football Trader to join their Trading team. Previous trading experience is required within the iGaming industry.
As a football Trader, you will be working in a team to deliver a best-in-class football proposition across all business verticals. The Football Trader will be responsible for overall trading prices and positioning for football with a view to maximizing gross win.
Working alongside the Head of Football as key support in identifying risks and liabilities for the business, as well as having a focus on new business or market opportunities within football.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver daily pricing on football
• Management of liabilities for the business on all bets
• Continually monitor and review customers with a view to delivering margin and other key performance measures across the business
• Deliver a market-leading football product to our customers across all our business channels
• Work closely with the Head of Football & Sportsbook Operations team to deliver a best-in-class football proposition across all business verticals
• Management and creation of the lifecycle of football betting opportunities
• Make informed trading decisions in a time-critical environment
• Oversee presentation and displays on all platforms
• Engaging and liaising with all key functions including customer services with all queries in relation to football trading.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2-years' experience in a busy football trading department
• Statistical analysis and interpretation to compile market and betting opportunities.
• Mathematical and strategic thinking
• Understanding of our customer and business
• Strong team player with good communication skills
