BettingJobs are currently seeking an Affiliate Manager for an established sportsbook as they continue to grow and expand into new territories. The successful candidate will be responsible for working across both sports and casino product verticals, ensuring consistent and effective affiliate strategies are agreed upon and implemented in the Turkish market to deliver high volumes of new customers across the company portfolio.

The Affiliate Manager will be also responsible for identifying and onboarding potential new affiliate partners within the premium mass-value market. They will be expected to be able to identify potential for growth and bind top performers and reward key partners by developing various concepts and bespoke rewards.

They will create & execute an industry-leading affiliate program, ensuring the reputation of the brands is managed and positioned optimally for the brands’ goals. • Work with the Acquisition team to ensure the affiliate marketing channel fully aligns with the overall acquisition strategy in core markets.
• Creating, nurturing, and managing key sports and casino affiliate relationships both with existing and new partners to generate growth.
• Handling the negotiation of commercial deals with affiliates.
• Monitor, optimize and report on the performance of affiliate activity in particular: Return on Investment (ROI) and conversion metrics.
• Delivering acquisition and retention campaigns to the affiliates both off the shelf and bespoke to meet the requirements of a given deal.
• Recommend site conversion funnel optimization where necessary to improve conversion
• Direct and manage bespoke landing pages
• Maintenance of the Affiliate related content on the website and the other communication channels.
• Strong understanding of the affiliate commission model and ability to create and optimize of it.
• Full end-of-month financial reconciliation, ensuring compliance with business terms
• Analyse competitors and recognize industry trends.
• Working with closely the SEO team in order to understand the quality traffic sources which help to increase the affiliate portfolio
• Be the Product Owner of the affiliate tracking tool, and handle the roadmap for the partner on behalf of the business

• 3+ years’ experience in the Affiliate market
• Fluent in Turkish verbally and written but not necessary
• Excellent Excel skills
• Able to Network
• Income access but not necessary
