Bettingjobs.com are currently recruiting for a Product Support Analyst based in London for a leading sports betting services company.

Responsibilities:
• To investigate, resolve and prevent issues occurring with a particular focus on continual improvement of systems and processes.
• To assist and provide support to internal stakeholders in ensuring deliverables are provided.
• General desktop support (Windows 10, Windows Server).
• Liaising with relevant internal and external stakeholders to maintain quality standards and relationships.
• Device management and deployment.
• Continual review and documentation of processes & procedures within operational areas.
• M365 plus AD/SSO administration and support.
• Report and solution testing and management of the implementation of fixes and running scripts.
• Scripting to automate administrative processes.
• General administrative support to the infrastructure team

Requirements:
• Knowledge and experience of M365 plus AD/SSO.
• Excellent IT security skills.
• Knowledge and experience of PowerShell or similar scripting languages.
• A team player and a desire to make a real impact in a growing business.
• A desire to learn new skills and get in front of new technology.
• Demonstrate high quality administrative and organisational skills.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and develop, with a strong desire to undertake additional responsibilities.
• Excellent communication skills, with confidence to build relationships at all Levels.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Visio.
• Knowledge/experience of Azure or AWS Cloud compute.
• General networking principles.
• Knowledge/experience of on-prem compute.
• Agile/Scrum/Iteration based change management methods.
• Knowledge/experience of endpoint protection products
