Betting Jobs are working with an Affiliate company based in Australia who are looking for a CRM + Promotions Manager to join their team remotely (in Europe or Australia). The company are looking to launch as an operator in the coming months.


The Role:

Our client are seeking an experienced CRM professional to join their rapidly growing team and to lead the customer engagement and retention efforts. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the CRM Manager will take the lead on the design and implementation of the entire CRM strategy from the ground up using the Fast Track CRM platform. You will be tasked with driving customer lifecycle management, workflows, segmentation, and creating engaging communications, promotions and offers to drive retention, ARPU and LTV. The CRM Manager will be heavily KPI and data driven with excellent analytical and presentation skills.

Experience in the iGaming industry is essential, and you will be familiar working with internal cross functional teams and external partners across several time zones. This is a great opportunity for a CRM professional to take the next step in their career.


Key Responsibilities and Skills:


• An in depth understanding of iGaming industry KPIs
• Designing and developing complex, multi-market/language CRM strategies from scratch
• Creating and monitoring multi-channel, multi-language communications and promotions
• The ability to measure campaign performance and return on investment (ROI)
• Dedicate care and responsibility for the final quality of output
• Be passionate about creating an engaging customer-centric experience
• Promote high work standards within the team


Requirements:

• 5+ years in iGaming in a senior customer engagement and promotion’s role
• English fluency
• Expert level as primary user/SME using top-tier CRM platform, ideally Fast Track CRM
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Technical experience using 3rd party communication platforms such as SendGrid

Highly Desirable:

• Proficiency using online collaboration and project management software such as Jira, Confluence and Slack
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
• Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Sheets, Docs)
• Cryptocurrency knowledge would be advantageous
• Multilingual
