18828 are currently recruiting for a Sales Development Representative at leading AI Gaming Services provider based in London.

●Building a pipeline of opportunities through inbound leads, cold outreach and leveraging personal relationships in the gaming and betting industry (Europe and North America)
●Meeting a set yearly quota of new business by generating relationships with relevant prospects and owning the different steps of the sales cycle (with growing levels of autonomy).
●Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities and account information in CRM
●Attending online conferences and marketing events to generate quality opportunities (initially inside sales but may include travel later on).
●Delivering online and in-person sales presentations and demonstrations of variable technical complexity, responding to changing business needs.
●Collaborating closely with data-science, customer success, marketing and product teams to provide clarity on customer expectation and optimize customer success and experience both internally and externally.
●Supporting the build out the sales processes through a process of continuous improvement

●You are comfortable working with a degree of ambiguity and can demonstrate the ability to change and adapt as the ‘start up’ grows.
●You have sound interpersonal skills and enjoy collaborating with others
●You demonstrate a high degree of energy and enthusiasm in the sales process and role
●You have proven experience in a B2B sales environment (ideally in at least one or two other roles and in the SaaS industry) and with sales operations tools (CRM, prospecting, sequencing etc)
●You have sound written and spoken English
●You have strong verbal and written communication skills (including questioning and presentation skills)
●Ability to learn technical concepts and eloquently convey their value to potential customers
●You've earned a university degree and can demonstrate your approach to continuous improvement and development
●You have strong numerical capabilities and a liking for data, including how you can use data and data solutions to drive measurable results.
●It would be ideal if you come from a Gaming background, but if not, then a strong interest in sports or gaming would help
