Head of Acquisition

Key responsibilities:
• Lead the execution of the brand’s acquisition strategies for the Casino and new Sportsbook.
• Onboard your network of affiliates based on the target markets of our brand
• Nurture and manage existing affiliate relationships to ensure optimization of any existing deals.
• Identify and onboard new high potential traffic channels that will drive value for the business.
• Work with the inhouse conversion rate optimization specialist to analyze sources and player funnels and make recommendations based on the findings.
• Develop insights based on data that will focus on optimizing ROI.
• Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify potential opportunities for growth.
• Create weekly and monthly reports that monitor sources performance and support in the decision-making process for the team.
• Manage the team to ensure they are hitting acquisition targets and increasing ROI.
• Attend affiliate conferences and other industry events in order to increase our network of contacts.

Requirements/Advantages:
• Network and portfolio of existing affiliates
• Experience in some of the following markets is a requirement, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Austria, Switzerland, Netherlands, Germany, Canada and
Finland
• Strong sales and negotiating skills
• In-depth knowledge of the iGaming Industry
• Effective reporting skills
• Excellent excel knowledge
• A second language relevant to our target markets is a big plus
• Crypto experience is also a plus
• Network and portfolio of existing affiliates
