BettingJobs are working with an iGaming operator who are looking for a PSP Balance Controller & Analyst for their Malta or Curacao office. You will be monitoring available balance in each payment service provider (PSP) on a daily basis, as well as managing the PSP balances to support customer facing transactions while minimizing risk by moving funds through established financial service providers. You will also be reviewing PSP invoices and coordinating settlement requests with the Finance team.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage account balances
• Monitor and manage settlements and balance transfers
• Manage organizational cash flow for PSP accounts
• Monitor settlement requests and costs related and escalate where applicable
• Review and approve PSP invoices against activity and submit to Finance for processing as per established standards
• Review and process transactions in accordance with established standards and procedures
• Keep a close eye on payment reports and monitor PSP performances
• Assisting in troubleshooting payment related issues when needed
• Conducting UAT on new systems when needed
• Working with the Finance Team to ensure accuracy of financial reports and reconciliation as they relate to PSP balances and settlements
• Manage PSP status and priorities to ensure the delivery of smooth customer payment experience
• Coordinate with relevant parties internally and/or externally for fund transfer purposes
• Escalate problems in accordance with establish policy procedures and protocols
• Recommending and implementing opportunities for increased departmental efficiency
• Promoting the company in a positive manner and acting professional towards other members of the staff
• Maintain professionalism and adhere to company standards during all interactions
• Perform and support other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Ability to understand both written and oral instructions in English
• The ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
• Ability to independently solve problems
• Strong customer orientation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Performance driven and a strong team player
• Willing to work flexible hours including weekends
• High school diploma required
• Basic reading ability of Chinese is a plus
• Minimum of 2 years in a position with relevant experience would be an asset
• Knowledge of online gaming industry would be an asset
• Proficiency in Excel
