BettingJobs are working with a successful B2B casino games content supplier who are currently looking for a HR/Office Admin. The successful candidate will have HR experience, but will also be able to work in an administrative role to help out around the office.

Responsibilities

● Collaboratively develop and implement strategies and processes.
● Work with the Senior Management Team to help build, scale and harmonise organisational design.
● Establish the recruitment strategy, developing the employee brand to attract high calibre people.
● Provide advice and coach management on talent management, supporting the business succession plan.
● Provide appropriate employment law advice, reviewing processes and procedures, as well as managing complex employee relation cases.
● Review and asses existing compensation and benefits program, aligning these with the retention and business strategy.
● Design and deploy attraction and retention initiatives.
● Invest in relationships with management and employees with openness and collaboration.
● Develop training and career development programs, as well as ensuring regulatory training is provided to all staff.
● Ensure consistent company-wide use of effective performance management processes.
● Managing reception and communal areas
● Travel arrangements
● Expenses
● Sign off all orders for catering, and office supplies
● Record and manage all costs
● Managing sundries/refreshments
● Organising staff socials
● Assisting the Directors with ad hoc duties

Requirements:

● Strong organisational and administrative skills
● Flexibility to juggle several activities simultaneously
● Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and work at a fast pace
● High attention to detail and accuracy
● Practical and logical; able to solve problems quickly

● Confidential and professional at all times
● Self-motivated to take initiative and ownership on issues and identify when escalation
is needed
● HR experience, including experience of managing a team.
● Happy to balance both a hands-on operational and strategic position.
● Action oriented - results driven, self-starter who thrives on accountability with the ability and attitude to make things happen.
● Collaborative - values relationships and is skilled at developing them. Able to relate to people at all levels and values others’ views and opinions.
