BettingJobs are working with an established sportsbook and casino operator that are looking for a HR manager to join their team in their Malta office in Taxbiex- this will be an office based role.
The role previous HR Management experience within the iGaming industry.
Job Purpose: To perform essential HR functions and administration of office operations as defined below. Having direct responsibility to support employees and will work closely with HR administration Global and Local team & HR Director.
Essential Job Functions / Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide assistance to employees and answer any questions regarding company policies, procedures, issues or concerns.
Issue employment letters when requested
Assist with Human Resources in audit processes
Assist with candidate screening, interviews and assist with the candidate selection leading to hiring.
Primary point of contact for recruiters •
Provide new employees orientation and liaise with IT and hiring manager and facilitate work station set up and computer equipment requirements; as well as the on boarding
Maintains HR Information Systems and personnel files
Maintain and ensure that the company is in compliance with the employment laws of Curacao
Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports/summaries
To supervise the team including work allocation, performance review and propose service improvements •
Collaborate with Finance and prepare and submit monthly reports/summaries • Implement HR strategies, policies and HR initiatives •
To continually review the operation of existing processes, recommend and implement improvements
To provide HR services to designated faculties/departments as required
Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices and new technologies in HR, Talent Management and employment laws
Carry out other duties appropriate as may be directed by the CPO or nominated representative

Knowledge & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field required
Minimum 3 years of management experience, covering all areas of HR including recruitment, orientation, HRIS, benefits, administration etc.
